What We Do
Metalcraft’s fabrication services include CNC punching, forming, laser
cutting and machining; hardware insertion and welding. We also offer Engineering
services, CAD/CAM
programming, chromate conversion, wet painting, screen-printing and a full
prototype area. This total in-house production capability coupled with the
commitment to a Just-In-Time philosophy of production management allows
Metalcraft to follow through on its mission to deliver a quality part, on time
at competitive price.

The
manufacturing process is a logical progression of activities that can be
summarized as follows:
Pre-Production Process
Customer submits prints or electronic file for quote
Job quoted based on submitted plans and specifications
Work order opened based on signed purchase orders
Production start date scheduled
Engineering work completed
Material requirements satisfied
Manufacturing Process
Produce prototype according to engineering specifications
Evaluate prototype, make engineering adjustments
Begin production process with integrated QA
Finish production process with final QA
Package and ship product
